Nevada SPCA No-Kill Animal Sanctuary

Animal lovers are very welcome!  We'll be very happy to help you find a niche here at the sanctuary, matching our needs with your skills and interests.  Volunteer efforts are wide-ranging and include the following:

• Socialize Animals
• Walk dogs - (dog orientation courses are held twice monthly for new volunteers, call for details)
• Brush cats
• Assist at adoption events
• Table at community events
• Photograph animals
• Improve the sanctuary
• Help Clean

Volunteer applications are available at our headquarters, open Fridays & Saturdays from 11am-5pm, Monday through Thursday from 11am-4pm, and closed on Sundays.

Volunteers need to be at least 18 years of age, unless accompanied by parent or guardian.  For insurance concerns, approved volunteer applications are required prior to hands-on work with the animals.
