Meet Bear! 🐻 This lovable doodle is just under 9-years-old (77 lbs) and has a big, bubbly personality to match his adorable face! ⁣ ⁣ Bear is a social butterfly who loves playtime, car rides, and, most of all, being by his family’s side. He’s a wonderfully sweet, friendly boy who is sure to bring lots of love and happiness to his forever home.⁣ ⁣ Bear arrived in our care suffering from allergies that caused him to lose some of his fur. He’s currently receiving allergy medication, and we’re happy to see his beautiful coat beginning to grow back!⁣ ⁣ Bear has experience around both cats and other dogs (meet-and-greet with any current household dogs). He’s ready to find a loving family to call his own and become the beloved companion he’s meant to be. Big Rhonda arrived in our care in rough shape after being found wandering the streets alone with no responsible owner coming forward. 😔 When our veterinary team first met her, it was immediately apparent that she was struggling to breathe due to a severely obstructed airway, so much so that she was turning purple. Our team jumped into action to get her the urgent care she needed. After a special procedure to enlarge her nostrils and shorten her soft palate, she can now breathe easier! ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ We also discovered that she had painfully chronic dry eye and cherry eye in her right eye. To finally give her the relief she deserved, we made the decision to remove it. ⁣ ⁣ Big Rhonda has made a full recovery and is now officially ready for her next chapter: finding a forever family! ⁣🫶⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And we quickly found that the “Big” in Big Rhonda is fitting! This petite 1.5-year-old girl (54 lbs) has a BIG, sassy bulldog personality. She’s very sweet, bubbly, loves being the center of attention, and has just the right touch of mischief to keep you on your toes. Despite everything she’s been through, Big Rhonda’s lovable personality shines through, and she’s ready to share all that love with a family of her own.⁣ 🐶🐾⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ As a bulldog, Big Rhonda will need a family who understands her breed’s special care needs, including keeping her cool in Las Vegas’ extreme heat and avoiding overexertion.
