Diane Blankenburg
Co-Executive Director, Maddie’s® Pet Project in Nevada
CEO, Humane Network
In addition to being Co-Executive Director of Maddie’s® Pet Project in Nevada, Diane Blankenburg is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant for Humane Network that provides personalized consulting services to animal welfare groups in order to increase lifesaving in a responsible, sustainable manner. She was the Community Programs & Development Director of Nevada Humane Society for six years, creating and sustaining a 94% community-wide save rate. She also worked for Alley Cat Allies, leading Katrina rescue and recovery projects, and Best Friends Animal Society, where she managed their community network.
Before entering the animal welfare field, Diane was a software engineer and IT manager for Computer Sciences Corporation and General Dynamics. She also managed her own consulting business that provided organizational behavior services and training. She now lives in Reno with her three dogs—Beignet, Boomer, and Bayou.

Bonney Brown
Co-Executive Director, Maddie’s® Pet Project in Nevada
President, Humane Network
In addition to being Co-Executive Director of Maddie’s® Pet Project in Nevada, Bonney Brown is the Co-Founder, President, and Principal Consultant for Humane Network that provides personalized consulting services to animal welfare groups in order to increase lifesaving in a responsible, sustainable manner. She was the Executive Director of Nevada Humane Society for seven years, creating and sustaining a 94% community wide save rate. Bonney was also the Chief Operating Officer, National No More Homeless Pets Director, and Communications Director for Best Friends Animal Society.
Bonney is also a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences and is currently manager and professor for the University of the Pacific Animal Shelter Management Certificate Program.

Mark Robison
Co-Executive Director, Maddie’s® Pet Project in Nevada
Lead Consultant, Humane Network
Mark Robison is the Co-Executive Director of Maddie’s® Pet Project in Nevada and Senior Consultant for Humane Network, which provides personalized consulting services to animal welfare groups in order to increase lifesaving in a responsible, sustainable manner. He is also the Founder and President of CockadoodleMoo Farm Animal Sanctuary outside Reno.
Mark was a journalist and editor for several newspapers, including 24 years at the Reno Gazette Journal. He has additional experience in partnership development, social media promotion and analysis, and data analysis.
