Our Impact

Nevada SPCA is committed to responsible stewardship of donor funds. Each year, our financial statements are audited by an independent CPA Firm and we are proud to share that our 2025 independent audit resulted in a clean audit opinion, meaning the auditors found our financial statements to be fairly presented in all material respects. In addition, the audit reported no findings, material weaknesses, or significant deficiencies in internal controls. This marks our fourth consecutive year of independently audited financial statements, reflecting our ongoing commitment to accountability, transparency, and strong financial management. For questions regarding our independent audits, please contact our Executive Director at lori@nevadaspca.org.
