We couldn’t be happier to see Nova cozied up in her new home! 🏡 🥰⁣

Nova was dealt a rough start in life after enduring a devastating dog attack that left her with multiple deep wounds requiring emergency veterinary care. But after making an incredible recovery, her whole life changed when her new family walked through our shelter doors. ⁣

We can’t believe sweet Argos is still waiting for his happily ever after! 🥺⁣

This handsome 6-year-old gentleman (56 lbs) recently got to show off his shining personality on a very special field trip! ⁣
⁣
Argos joined our volunteers for a visit to a local senior assisted living home, where he brought smiles to everyone he met. He was a little nervous about the car ride and needed some encouragement getting out, but once he arrived, his bright personality quickly took over! ✨⁣
⁣
True to his name, Argos means “shining, bright, watchful” in Ancient Greek. He was curious and watchful of his surroundings, soaking up all the attention. He even decided to be king for the day and claimed the top of the ottoman! 👑 😂 ⁣
⁣
He especially loved the ladies, handing out kisses freely, and even rocked his Elvis sunglasses like a total star. 😎⁣
⁣
The residents and staff absolutely adored this handsome lover, and after such a fun-filled day, Argos was one very tired pup on the ride back to the shelter. 💤 ⁣

Then one day, completely randomly, I decided to look on the Nevada SPCA website and there was Stella! Something about her just pulled me in and somehow it all felt right. ⁣⁣
