Daffodil is a very sweet and affectionate cat that came to the shelter with a severe skin condition and open abscesses on her legs. She required surgical intervention for the wounds on her legs, diagnostic testing and a prescription diet. She has recieved a couple of procedures for drains and cleaning on her legs to help reduce any infection as well as daily care for her skin and sores.
Update: 4-27-2024
Daffodil is on the slow road of recovery but is doing very well. Her skin has healed enough that she is starting to grow her fur back in a lovely tortoise shell pattern. She still has some wounds that are taking time to heal. She is currently recovering in a loving foster home.
