Free July Microchip Clinic

Nevada SPCA and Councilwoman Victoria Seaman are assisting pet owners by providing their pets with free microchips ahead of an upcoming microchip ordinance.
Beginning August 1, 2024 a mandatory microchip ordinance will go into effect for City of Las Vegas pet owners. The city council passed the rule in October 2023 stating that dogs and cats older than 4 months and residing in the city must be microchipped.
Pet owners may visit Nevada SPCA on select dates (below) from 8:30am – 10:30am. First come first served, limited quantity available each day. Dogs must be on leash and cats must be in a carrier. Limit 3 pets per household. If your pet is known to be reactive in new environments, around other animals, or during medical handling please reach out to our community help desk for further assistance.

July 3, 6, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 31st.
